Returns, Discounts & Order Policies

At California Englished, our Guests are always our first priority. 

Returns for eligible items* are always hassle-free and easy within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund, less the original shipping cost & return label fees, which are covered by you, the buyer. Please note that all shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Order cancellations & modifications:

California Englished cannot guarantee any order cancellations or modifications; each is handled on a case-by-case basis. Excessive order cancellations or modifications will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

International Guests:
