You can view tracking information and current order status at any time here or through the 'View My Order' page sent after your order is placed. 

International Guests + Customs Duties
Unfortunately, California Englished has no control over import duties or charges for International Guests. We are not able to estimate or tell you what the duty costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you, the shopper, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Note that refunds or returns are absolutely not accepted from International Shoppers; all items are final sale.

Shipping Updates Related to COVID-19
Due to the ongoing restrictions of COVID-19, our order processing, packaging, and shipping time may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We estimate that your order will typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours Monday-Friday; we will send an email with tracking information upon shipment. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience as we work to ensure the health and safety of our team. Thank you!

New merchandise is stocked throughout the day, everyday! Our rapidly changing assortments means items may sell out quickly, often within a few moments of becoming available for popular items. We encourage our Guests to stop by our online shop often to discover our latest unique finds.
